okay since a year now i been liviing with the roomates from hell. my mothher and i moved in to a brownstone last year with one of her friends daughter.the girll need a place to stay since she was pregnant andd had no where to go. so my mother decided to rent the girl 2 rooms oout of apartment. so here is the quick version of the long story.girl gets sick so she needs her bf to come stay with her.mother agrees.girl ask if her name can be add to lease so she can get aid for meds while her bf pays her rent .everyone agrees.so we see that girl and bf are borh smokers even while girl is pregnant.. we ask girl to stop ……..big fight blows up……landlord ask girl to stop or get kicked out……..girl calls 311 on landlord…..neighbors calls acs on girl. landlord cant kick out due to縷 case….so now both my mother and i are sick from girl smoking….girl lays and tells landlord she quicks….girl and bf are vry dirty , and even goes as far to having differemt ppl living in the room that i told you about earlyer.landlord is fed up with girl so are we.so we come up wiith the plan to kick out girl when lease is over. due to girl always saying that she has a valid lease in her hands and the only why she is leaving is by going to court. okay now girl hasnt paid rent in 2month and our lease just finished march 1st. how do we kick out the girl asap now that the lease is over , and remeber no one wants to take this girl to court. and landlord is an old man he doesnt know whhat to do….he is very scared of the girl. the landlord said that we can renew our lease if girl leaves… eventhough the lease is up we still dont know how th get the girl and her bf to leave……………plz help

As soon as girl stopped paying rent, girl was in violation of lease and can be evicted with written 3-day notice. If girl refuses, landlord goes to court and gets eviction order from judge. Landlord then calls sheriff, who escorts girl and bf off of property. Problem solved.
The landlord is the only one who can evict her. you have no legal rights to even get involved between the landlord and tenant.
Even when the lease expires the landlord still will have to legally evict her though the court system. The law protects her, the landlord can not simply kick her out because he wants to.
If the landlord refuses to evict her the girl gets to stay. Plain and simple.
