I had a hernia just above my belly button. The ” skin” holding my gut in got a tear in it. Probably from some exercises I was doing. The doctor could feel it with his hands. It was repaired in hospital and Iwent home the same day. You might want to mention the possibility to your doctor when you see him/her.
Yes
I had acid reflux, and believe me, it was not nice. I had acid burning my throat for weeks, I could barely eat without feeling extremely ill, and I had the worst stomach pains ever. I took loads of days off school, and no one knew what was wrong. Then I went to the doctor, was prescribed medicine, and I was as right as rain in a day! Gavison always works for me – best thing out there for high acidity, I was told by the doctor. So if that’s not working for you, I don’t think you have acid reflux problems. If you have anxiety, I think you might be imagining it if you’re feeling particularly nervous about something. If you’re still concerned, go to a doctor.
I hope you feel better soon!
